5. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and deliverables created by Allinfo India Pvt Ltd, including but not limited to graphics, videos, and written content, remain our intellectual property until payment is completed in full.
- Clients are granted a limited license to use the deliverables for the agreed-upon purposes.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the engagement private and secure.
- Confidential information includes business strategies, financial details, and proprietary information of either party.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Allinfo India Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Performance Disclaimer
- Marketing results depend on factors such as market trends, competition, and audience behavior, which are beyond our control.
- While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results or ROI.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
- No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or for prepaid amounts.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction, India.
11. Updates to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
